Finance and Administration


Provide financial, human resources management and administrative support services.

 The assigned functions are:

  1. Process payment to both internal clients
  2. Distribute provisions and office supplies to staff members.
  3. Allocate transport to staff upon request .
  4. Respond to both internal and external audit reports.
  5. Administer incoming calls with 3 rings.
  6. Maintain cleanliness of the working environment, offices, grounds and workshops
